Atlas-ti 4

Bueno he seguido pensando en el asunto y si una vez tenemos mostrado el dp vamos a

1. Documents 2. Miscellaneous 3. Change patht 4. Ctrl+C 5. Escape 6. Tecla Windows+R 7. Ctrl+V

En realidad Atlasti sabe donde está cada documento, por lo que veo innecesario el escribir el path como comentario, ya que a traves del menú Document > Miscellaneous > Change path me aparece el path del documento.

Además el texto sale ya seleccionado con un fondo azul, por lo que basta con pulsar control+c para copiar a memoria y escape para cancelar la ventana de Change Path

luego con la tecla Windows+R nos aparece el cuadro de diálogo ejecutar o incluso desde otra aplicación como notetab podemos pulsar ctrl+O de open para abrir y alli ctrl+v para pegar e Intro para abrir.

Más que nada el asunto me vino a la cabeza por los gráficos, pues algunos necesito imprimirlos y lo que hago básicamente es abrir paint y Archivo > Abrir > Ctrl+V e Intro y luego imprimo.

pero no obstante podriamos usar los comentarios de los DP para colocar en su primera linea los path de otros ficheros de distinto tipo como pudieran ser de excel.

Aunque claro también los podemos poner en cualquier dado, y seleccionar el texto donde figura el path del fichero.

De esa forma tendriamos una referencia a otros ficheros como pudiera ser el caso de un documento pdf, indicando en el comentario la página que hace referencia a un código.

Y bueno nada más por hoy, a descansar que mañana es lunes.

Bueno, tercera pildora. Creo que remacha bastante algunas ideas que ya hemos comentado.

Como usuario de Atlas.ti pudes hacer tus propios experimentos con XML. El programa posee ahora la posibilidad de exportar e importar memos en XML y también puedes exportar códigos.

Los ejemplos presentados abajo muestran cómo los datos de Atlas "XMLizados" pueden ser mostrados de forma distinta sin modificar el fichero de datos para nada. Todos los cambios incluyendo distintas presentaciones y ordenaciones se hacen con ficheros separados (de los datos): las XSL (Extensible Style Sheets= Hojas extensibles de estilo). Como vamos a usar nuestro navegador para la combinación de datos XML y un fichero XSL de formato, al final este último va a producir un fichero HTML. (Aunque todos los navegadores entienden HTML, sólo IE5 es por el momento capaz de aplicar una hoja XSL a un fichero de datos XML).

En los ejemplos se ofrece una conversión a RTF. Es un ejemplo de cómo podemos trabajar con nuestros datos "puros" (estructurados en XML) y en su momento convertirlos al formato que nos interese. El autor considera esto una auténtica revolución.

XML sin estilo

Incluso sin una hoja de estilo, podremos seguir viendo nuestros datos XML de forma ordenada. El IE5 viene con una hoja XSL por defecto que se usa cuando no se define ninguna XSL. En el ejemplo puedes ver cómo IE5 muestra un fichero XML puro.

Comprendéis las posibilidades? Dados unos datos exportados en XML, solo es cuestión de una hoja de estilo el poder: -crear informes con una gran flexibilidad -transformar redes de Atlas en cualquier formato que necesitemos para procesarlas con otro software -transformar proyectos enteros desde y hacia casi cualquier formato ahora y en el futuro.
